• Please note that the price assessment provider is never to reveal that: a) it is a price provider; or, b) any price that it is providing to anyone outside of its company.

  If the person who is the price provider (at a company) is having discussions about the steel market with any person outside his or her company, including an employee of World Steel Dynamics, the price provided must never be revealed or discussed even on an approximate basis.
